Pizza two ways


I’ve written in detail about making pizza from scratch (over here) & even though it is time-consuming it is one of the dishes that I prefer to make when there are people over. Yes, it does mean that I’ll have to stay in the kitchen for a longer time, the mis en place is a little more elaborate than any other kind of party food but what works in the favour of the pizza is that you can customise it any way you like – don’t fancy bell peppers? Skip them and add some more zucchini instead, looking for a protein heavy pizza? Up the quantity of chicken or paneer/ tofu on it… and so on!

Here are two kinds of pizzas I made recently:

Pizza with bell peppers, zucchini, paneer, chicken sausages and two kinds of cheese

Thin crust pizza with zucchini, bell peppers, onions, baby corn, chicken sausages and two kinds of cheese
