Cheese chilli basil toast

I woke up one Saturday morning and learnt that there was something I don’t like for breakfast, see it’s so insignificant that I can’t even remember it! Anyway I was famished and needed something quick and fast. So I just put together the first things I saw and had this yummy, cheesy breakfast. Perfect start to an action-packed day.
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 slice of cheese
3-4 basil leaves, shredded
1 green chilli, minced
On the slices of bread add the green chilli and basil leaves, top up with the slices of cheese. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. 
I’ve not used butter because… hmmm well.. I don’t like using butter and secondly I was in a hurry but feel free to use. You can also add onions, bell peppers, olives or even replace the chillies with jalapenos. The possibilities are endless, but the bottomline is that it makes for a darn good breakfast.
